RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable. If a product is damaged in transit, the product will be replaced free of charge including replacement shipping costs. Photographic evidence of the damage must be provided within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged goods for replacement request to be accepted. Email us at wine@bellaridge.com.au
