SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally dispatched within three working days from receipt of order, however Bella Ridge Estate reserves the right not to dispatch wines in exceptionally hot weather or prior to long weekends. We ship domestically within Australia only, via Aramex, Australia Post or the most cost-effective &/or efficient carrier depending on your location.

Our Minimum order is 6 Bottles and orders are to be in multiples of 6 Bottles. If for some reason you are unable to order 6 Bottles please contact us and we will try to assist/accommodate your request.

Please give clear instructions regarding address, location and what to do if nobody is at home. Deliveries are usually during business hours so a business address or attended residential address is preferred. A card for re-delivery will be left if the premise is unattended.
